Q: What is livestreaming?
A: Livestreaming refers to broadcasting real-time video content over the internet, allowing viewers to watch and interact with the event remotely - on platforms like Facebook Live, Youtube, Twitch, LinkedIn, Vimeo, or Zoom/Teams.
Q: What types of events can be livestreamed?
A: Virtually any event can be livestreamed, including webinars, conferences, product launches, educational classes, virtual performances, and more.
Q: Do you send a camera crew to my house?
A: No - we use your existing technology, or we'll pre-configure everything and mail it to you!
Q: So do you offer on-site services?
A: Yes, we do for special circumstances. While usually we've found that for the most part, a pre-show call with one of our producers can help you best use your existing technology, instead of needing to spend extra time and money sending crew, if a presenter needs additional technical support, a camera operator for on-location segments, or for specialty broadcast requirements like a green-screen or live sound re-inforcement, we are able to provide a technician on-site.
Q: How does Tech Stream Media ensure high-quality livestreams?
A: We utilize state-of-the-art control room technology, professional-grade equipment, and experienced technicians to deliver seamless and high-quality livestreaming experiences.
Q: Do I need special equipment to participate in a livestream?
A: No, you don't need any special equipment. You can join our livestreams using your computer, smartphone, or tablet with an internet connection.
Q: Can you help with registration and participant tracking?
A: Yes, we offer registration and participant tracking services. We can handle the registration process and provide you with valuable insights and analytics about your audience.
Q: Can you integrate our branding into the livestream?
A: Absolutely! We can customize the livestream with your branding elements such as logos, colors, and graphics to ensure a consistent and professional representation of your brand.
Q: How do you handle audience interaction during livestreams?
A: We offer various interactive features, including live chat, Q&A sessions, and audience polling, to encourage audience participation and engagement during the livestream.
Q: Can the livestream be recorded for future use?
A: Yes, we provide recording services so that you can have a copy of the livestream for later use, such as sharing on social media platforms or creating shorter video clips.
Q: Do you offer post-event support and editing services?
A: Yes, we offer post-event support and can assist with editing, post-production, and creating shorter edits or highlights for social media promotion or other purposes. We also partner with local media companies for services that are outside our core focus - we'd be happy to make a reference to some of the great teams we've worked with in the past!
Q: How can I get started with Tech Stream Media's livestreaming services?
A: Simply send an email to info@techstreammedia.com or give us a call. We will discuss your specific needs and provide you with a tailored solution for your livestreaming requirements.
